Restorative Yoga with the choice of Bodymind™Ballwork
Restorative yoga is about slowing down and giving the body the time to open with supported, passive stretching. In Bodymind®Ballwork we use rubber balls of varying sizes and textures, which support, massage and stretch localized areas of the body.
Both are suitable for any age or physical condition. Price £35 individual booking £30 when coming with a friend.
